You need a condensed milk METAL CAN!! It needs to be metal
Put the can on a pressure cooker with water on the can level
Turn on medium fire, and wait till the pressure cooker starts beebing, when it does count 15-20 minutes and then turn off the fire... And take out the can
Let it cool for 10 minutes
Open it
And enjoy !!!
