Very finely chop the onion and tomato

Heat the pan (med-high flame) with 3 tbsp of oil and add the onions when hot. Sauté with tsp of jeera till golden brown. Approx 5 min Add tomato and let simmer for 7 mins till soft. Mash gently

Add the black eyed beans

Add tsp garam masala

Tsp chilli powder

Tsp coriander powder

1/8 tsp turmeric

Tsp salt Boil with lid on until curry like consistency

Devour
