prepare all ingredients...
place liquid, beans, carrots, bell pepper, coriander, onions and spices in the blender or food processor process it until smooth and add the powdered rolled oats
form the mixture into patties ( was not able to take a picture of the patty on its on..) cook on the grill or pan for 3-5 minutes each side...
prepare your burger the regular way (catsup, mayo, mustard, pickles) or the way you want it... on this picture for my dressing i used yogurt, coriander and lemon, lettuce, tomato and cucumber...
on this picture, it was prepared with same sauce, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, arugula, and alfa alfa... you can also add cheese if you want...
