form the mixture into patties ( was not able to take  a picture of the patty on its on..) cook on the grill or pan for 3-5 minutes each side...

prepare your burger the regular way (catsup, mayo, mustard, pickles) or the way you want it...  on this picture for my dressing i used yogurt, coriander and lemon, lettuce, tomato and cucumber...

  • 1cup of cooked black beans
  • 3/4 cup powdered rolled oats
  • 3/4cup grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1tsp cumin
  • 1tsp oregano
  • 1/2tsp pepper
  • 1tsp salt or less
  • 3/4 cup chopped coriander or wansoy
  • 1/3 - 1/2 cup of liquid from the beans
