Ingredients for dough
Separate egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites gradually add sugar.
Add honey to the egg yolks and beat. Add egg yolks and egg whites and mix well.
In the dough add cocoa and mix well. Gradually add flour and stir gently so that the dough was airy. baking soda mixed with vinegar and add the dough and well mix.
Pre-heat an oven to 380-400F(180-200C) and bake for about 25-30 min.
Ingredients for cream
Soak the gelatin in 150g(5.5oz)water,and let sit for 30min.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Mix the 10 egg yolks with sugar 1 cup and 1,5 tbsp flour and stir well.
Then,let cool,add the butter and vanilla,and whip
Heat the soaked gelatin
Whip the egg whites with 1 cup sugar,and pour the gelatin into the whipped mix. Stir well
Whip the egg white mix egg yolk mix together.
Cut into 2 parts.
The first part put in spring baking pan and put all the cream. Put in the refrigerator for 30 min.
After 30 min.put the cake on a plate and cover with a second part. (cream should be strong)
To make the glazing,stir the milk,cocoa,sugar,and butter,and bring them to boil.
Pour glazing over the cake, and place in a refrigerator.

- Butter 10,5oz(300g)
- For glazing:
- Cocoa 5tbsp
- Milk 3tbsp
- Sugar 0,5 cup
- Butter 3-4 tbsp
