Prepare all ingredients.
Chop onions on small pieces.
Warm up olive oil and fry the onio.
Peel beet roots. Keep in mind that red color from beet roots will stay on your hands so you consider gloves to protect them.
Chop or grave beet roots and fried it a bit.
Add broth and cook for 10 min. Then mix it with hand mixer into smooth cream.
Add garlic, salt, pepper, thyme and balsamic oil.
Serve in the bowl with one spoon of sour cream. Bon appetite :)
