First gather your ingredients. Get your oil hot and ready to go as well.
Clean your legs and be sure to dry them well.
Season your frog legs to your liken. I used cayenne pepper only, because I have the other seasoning in the batter.
2 eggs is ideal.
Whisk them nicely.
Add your beer, flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Your batter shouldn't be to thin and to thick. Your frog legs are now ready to enter the batter and into the grease.
And now you can chow down on delicious beer batter frog legs.
