INGREDIENTS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Spray muffin tin with cooking spray
Heat vegetable oil in a large pot and add the boneless sirloin (cut into bite-sized pieces)
Cook until brown on all sides
Add onion soup, gravy mix, potato, water and peas. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer.
Flatten the biscuits to about 1/4 inch
Lay 1 biscuit in each tin, creating your bread bowls
Fill bread bowls with the still-simmering stew
Cover with tin foil and bake for 10 minutes
Uncover and bake for 10 more minutes
Remove bowls from muffin tin
Enjoy beef stew in a bread bowl!
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 pound bonesless sirloin
- 1 packet dry onion soup
- 1/2 packet brown gravy mix
- 1 peeled and diced potato
- 2 cups of water
- 2 cups of frozen peas
- 1 can large biscuits
