Add all ingredients in a bowl. Butter must be melted or at least at room temperature.
Whisk all ingredients well. If there is lumps - sieve the mixture.
Heat crepe pan. Grease with a small knob of butter if preferred
Ladle a spoon of mixture and swirl the pan to create a thin and even layer. The flame is medium to ensure even cooking
My preference is to fold it in quarters before serving. Serve with your favorite topping, sauce or filling. Bon appetite.
- 1/2c Plain flour
- 2.0Tbsp Melted butter
- 1/4c Full cream milk
- 1.0 Egg
- 1.0tsp Sugar
- 1/4tsp Salt
