Slice up the salami into little strips, along with the onion and garlic. Heat up a pan and melt the butter. Stab each sausage once in the middle, fry over a medium heat, turning frequently with tongs.

Once the sausages are cooked, remove from the pan and keep warm. Then stirfry the salami, onion and garlic in the same pan over a medium heat till soft. Meanwhile, steam the Brocolli.

To steam the broccoli, place in a colander or steamer over a pot of boiling water and cover. It should take around eight minutes. Test with a fork.
