INGREDIENTS
Chop onion and mince the garlic
Shred the carrots
Dice the tomatoes
Sauté garlic and onions
Add the carrots and continue to sauté
Start browning the turkey meat adding a little salt & pepper
Add the sautéed vegetables back into the pot with the meat
Add tomatoes
Add spaghetti sauce
Let it bubble
Beat the egg and add Parmesan cheese
Add mozzarella cheese to the egg & Parmesan mixture
Bake on 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes or until slightly brown and bubbling
