Use 1 spoon butter stir fry onion and garlic.

Stir fry the cooked shrimp and set aside.

Use the left over butter oil cook the overnight rice.

Add some cheese mixed around in a bowl.

Add and mix well the shrimps and onion.

Add another layer of cheese to cover all the ingredient in the bottom.

Use 350 and bake for around 15mins.

Add the grated cheese and pepper on last layer and done!
