Cook Baked Potatoes and Asparagus Salad

INGREDIENTS
Pick potatoes of roughly the same size, cook them in a tier steamer for 20min (you can boil them alternatively)
When cooked let cool down slightly and crush them coarsely
Thinly slice the onion
Place everything in a baking tray, add salt, thyme and rosemary. Drizzle with sunflower seed oil and bake in a 220C preheated oven.
Just before the potatoes start browning
Add the raw asparagus, drizzle with more oil and bake for other 5-10min until the asparagus are soft and the potatoes edges start roasting
In the meantime cut the camembert in 2 halves
Coat the top with some chopped chives
Chop peanuts coarsely
Few minutes before the potatoes and asparagus are done add the peanuts, pine nuts and place the camembert halves in the middle. (I only used one here)
Grill for a couple of minutes until everything is done and the camembert is melted.

- 100.0g Camembert
- 50.0g Pine nuts
- 100.0g Raw peanuts
- Rosemary
- Thyme
- Chives
- Sunflower seeds oil
