How to cook baked mozzarella sticks (fries)

Healthy and very tasty snack!!! Take a look!

Before you do anything, you must cut and freeze the mozzarella sticks! This will not work unless you do!

Cut and freeze. I just put them in a ziplock bag. Quantity of 24.

Gather supplies needed for this tasty meal. They are listed in the guide! Preheat oven to 400!!!

1. Put flour in to a bowl.  2. Put beaten egg into another. 3. Place bread crumbs, parsley, and cheese into a 3rd.

Take your sticks out the freezer now! Place sticks in flour. Roll them, until covered.

Wipe off the excess flour and coat in the egg next.

Move the sticks over to the mixed ingredients last. From here, they are ready to bake.

Spray a cookie sheet, or pan with cooking spray. Place your stick down like shown above.  Place in preheated oven for about 3 - 4 minutes, then turn them over. Put them back for another 4 - 5 minutes.

IMPORTANT!!! Watch to make sure they don't melt! They look ugly that way!!! Take them out if you feel you are getting to that point!

They are ready to serve!! Eat them hot for the best taste! I added marinara dipping sauce at the end!!
