Put your fish (I used sardine) on a tray! Add salt
Put the parsley, onions and garlic on your fish
Chili pepper!
Blackened Redfish
Black pepper!
Put the corn flour and spices together!
Pour the lime juice and the corn flour over your fish!
It is ready to go to the oven!
Cook for 2 minutes
Cook 5 minutes more in the highest temperature!
It's time to eat!! You have a healthy fish for dinner!

- 1.0tsp Minced garlic
- 2.0Tbsp Lime juice
- 1.0pch Salt
