Cut egg plant circles and soak it in salt water for 20-30 mins
Lay eggplant on paper towel, pat dry
Add seasoning (salt, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder) on each side. Spread seasoning with hand use oil if needed
Get your hands dirty
If your fingers are not yellow by now, you didn't do it right
They look burnt but trust me they are suppose to look this way
Serve it as a side with chapatis or rice. Or they make great sandwitch as well
