How to cook bacon wrapped elk burgers/patties

Found minced meat from elk (moose) in the shop and changed my dinner plans!

Use on of these to smash the allspice. If you don't own one, put the allspice grains in a plastic bag and smash them with a wooden spoon.

I forgot to take a photo of the meat mixed with the flavoring. Spray the pan with olive oil and then spray your hands. This will help when forming the meat into patties of your desired size. I got 8!

It's a good idea to use a bigger pan than I did, as you can see it got a bit crowded. As you can see I poked a whole in each patty. Apparently the patties get a better shape in the oven if you do this

Now they are ready to be put in the oven. Set the temperature to 125 degrees Celsius. Cook for about 25 minutes. Then change settings to GRILL and cook another 10 -15 minutes.
