Place parchment paper on sheet pan and lay the bacon on top of the parchment paper.
Cover the bacon with parchment paper.
Place the second sheet pan on top of the parchment paper so that it nests inside of the bottom sheet pan.
Press bacon (450 degrees F, top blower 100, bottom blower 100, 4 minutes & 45 seconds).
Remove top sheet pan and top layer of parchment paper. Bacon is ready to eat!
