Add the Chicken to the pot.
Peel and slice the Ginger. Grab your Apple Cider Vinegar, Salt, & Black Pepper.
Add the slices of Ginger to the pot and add 2 spoonfuls of Vinegar.
Season with Black Pepper.
Add about 2 cups of water.
Turn the stove on and set it to medium-high heat.
Cover the pot and cook for 20 minutes on medium-high heat.
After 20 minutes of cooking.
After about 10 more minutes, add 3 big spoonfuls of Soy Sauce.
Cook for another 5-6 minutes.
When the sauce reduces and becomes thick, it is done.
Serve with Steamed Rice. Enjoy!!!
