Mis en place

In a pan with hot oil, add butter, curry powder and dried chillies. Sauté the garlic and making sure not to burn them.

Add asparagus. Cook till a bit tender

Add kale and sauté till wilt thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper. At the last minute, throw in chopped cilantro.

Done! For an added heat, try slicing open the dried chilies.
