Heat up the pan and add 2 table spoon of oil on it. Add ground beef in it and cook it well.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, pepper, grated ginger,and siracha.
When the ground beef cook, add garlic and mix it well for 1-2 minutes.
Pour in the sauce and mix it well.
Served over rice. Top it of with sesame seed and chopped scallion.
If you feeling fancy, add sunny set up eggs on top of it 😉

- 1.0Tbsp Chooped garlic
- 2.0tsp Oil
- 1/3c Soy sauce
- 1/4c Brown sugar
- Pinch of pepper
- 1.0tsp Sesame oil
- Grated ginger (optional)
- Siracha or red pepper flakes (optional)
- Scallion (for garnish)
