Cut carrots into little bits
Cut tomatoes and onions into fours
Ginseng into slices and green onions into little bits here I'm cutting them into bigger pieces because my dad hates them so it will be easier for him to pick out
Run beef through boiled water for 2 mins to get rid of the blood
Add sugar, I use sugar cubes
Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 5 tablespoons of soy sauce
Put all the ingredients shown above into the pressure cooker
Add enough water to cover the ingredients and some rice wine
Start cooking on high, turn the stove to medium low once there's a hissing noise and cook for 25 more mins
