Slice fish fillets & tomatoes.
Wash & slice the chilipadi, garlic, ginger & shallot.
Grind them till they look like this.
Put 1 tbs of oil into a frying pan follow by 4 tbs of chili paste & 2 tbs asam paste.
Add in slice fillet, mix well.
Add in the tomatoes.
And lastly the preserved vegetable.
Cover the lid and let it simmer for 5-8 mins.
Season with a little bit of soya sauce & mix well before serving.

- 2.0 Tomato
- 1/2c Preserved vegetable
- 3.0 Garlic
- 6.0 Chilipadi
- 1.0bnch Ginger
- 1.0 Shallot
- 2.0Tbsp Asam paste
