Pre heat oven to 450 degrees Start with 2 mini naan Brush with olive oil
Sprinkle 1/2 of the garlic Shallots and Parsley on each flat bread and bake at 450 degrees for 7-10 minutes
Cut 2 or 3 cherry tomatoes into 1/4 put in a bowl with about 2 pinches of arugula and the rest of the shallots. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar add a pinch of salt and pepper and toss
Remove bread too with salad. Pray with truffle oil and sprinkle some asiago cheese on top
