In medium heat, boil water, rice, and cinnamon stick for 15-20 min or until the rice get tender. Then strain remaining water liquid.
Place rice back in sauce pan and stir in milks. Continue to stir the mixture and let it boil. Then turn the heat to low setting and continue to stir it until all the mixture thickens.
Add raisin or walnut and serve it in a bowl with a dust of cinnamon in it. Enjoy 😄

- 1.0 12 oz evaporated milk
