...until the crumble mixture forms. Try to avoid eating too much of it at this stage!

Drain the excess lemon juice from the apples (or transfer the apples into individual serving dishes), add some red fruit...

...and cover the fruit with the crumble mixture. Place in a 180 degree celcius pre heated oven for 20 minutes.
