INGREDIENTS
These are our base ingredients. Peppers, tortillas, cream cheese and cheddar cheese I'm lazy so I use pre grated. You can also add green onion, but I find it tastes just as good without.
Make sure to wash the peppers before you cut them up.
Cut out a third of the red and green peppers and get rid of the extra bits on the end.
Finely chop up the green and red pepper until you have 1/8 cup each.
Do the same with the jalapeƱo peppers. Don't forget to wash your hands after. You can add more or less depending on how spicy you want them.
Mash up the brick of cream cheese (1 cup) until it has a bit of give to it. Add chopped up peppers
Mix together until peppers are evenly distributed throughout the cream cheese.
Spread evenly over three tortillas.
Sprinkle on some cheddar cheese. (This would also be a good time to add chicken to the mix, if you wanted too)
Roll up all three tortillas individually.
On top of all three tortillas score them each six times to let some heat out while they are in the oven.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place on non-stick tray. If its not non-stick you can spray Pam onto a paper towel and wipe down the surface of the tray.
When oven is done preheating cook rolls for 5 minutes.
When they are done let them cool (or they will look like the first plate). When they are cooler but still warm cut them along the score lines into tiny bit sized pieces. Use sour cream for dip. Enjoy!
