Preheat over to 350 degrees F.
in a food processor spin the sugar for about 2 minuets to grind it up
sift half the sugar with the flower and salt. set the remainder aside
wist together egg whites water cream of tarter and extract untill frothy
continue to mix the egg mixture with a electric mixer gradually adding the non flowered sugar
once you have reached medium peaks thickness take the flowered sugar and sift it onto the foam before folding it into the mix.
carefully spoon mixture into the un greased tube pan
bake for 35 minuets
