Preheat the oven to 220 C and gather your ingredients.

Clean anchovies and flatten them out. Coat them with breadcrumbs.

Place them in a baking pan.

Coarsely chop 15 to 20 almonds and add to anchovies.

Add 4 spoonfuls of black raisins.

Pour abundant olive oil.

Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the crumbs look golden.
