How to cook an omelette
Light appetiser that is convenient and quick to make. Feeds 3
Prepare the ingredients
Add all ingredients into the egg mixture and add salt and pepper for taste (optional)
Butter pan and Cook on medium to low heat until the bottom of the omelette is brown
When the base is cooked place in a medium heat grill until lightly brown
When brown prepare plate for presentation
Present with basil leaves and olive oil
This is a recipe made by my mum and she makes it for a nice summers night dinner or for for school lunches.
I believe this recipe is healthy because of all the vegetables that contain important vitamins and minerals and how there aren't many fatty ingredients such as oils and fats.
- 1.0 Grated Carrot
- 1.0bnch Finely chopped Bok choy
- 6.0 Lightly beaten Eggs
- 1/2 Grated Zucchini
- 100.0g Diced Feta cheese
- 100.0g Finely sliced sopressa Salami
- 4.0 Finely chopped Spring onions
- 3.0 Basil leaves
- Olive oil (for presentation)
- 1/2tsp Butter
