Spread the butter on the pan make the stove on low heat

In another pan, sauté your veggies. (if you have any.)

Meanwhile, beat the eggs until they are liquid. Then add your milk to the mixture

In the buttered pan, add the egg-and-milk mixture.

Before the mixture hardens, toss the veggies into the liquid

Optional- when the mixture is bubbling, add cheese.

Lastly, let mixture harden. Sprinkle salt & pepper for tasting. Slide the omelet on to. Plate and enjoy! (Yum!)

  • Toppings; tomato, lettuce, cheese, etc.
