Gather your supplies,prepare them.
Whisk the egg and season. Dice the onion Chop the cabbage,peas,carrots and liver.
Heat the pan mildly. Add the egg,liver,carrot,peas,onion,cabbage And stir
Now add the rice and stir till cooked,also taste for salt.
