INGREDIENTS
Firstly brown your mince in a large pan so no pink remains. The amount of mince is optional as are the other ingredients this is just how I like it, I normally cook big batches and I freeze the rest

When the mince is browning peel and chop your carrots and dice your onion, you can use a few cloves of finely chopped or crushed garlic too but I didn't have any to hand.... FAIL ;0)
You will noticed after its browned fatty liquid in the pot this should drained away and discarded
Browned and drained into pot using a sieve and discarded all the fatty liquid
Add drained mince back into pot with chopped veg
Make up enough beef stock to go to the top of the mince and add it
A few splashes of Worcester sauce and some salt to season it and mix it all in and simmer for about 20-25 minutes
Half way through cooking add gravy granules to your mince and mix in till you get the right thickness suited to you, add a small bit at a time because you can add more but you can't take it out :0)
