Thinly slice your zucchini and sauté in a little bit of olive oil
Add your whole eggs and egg whites then scramble
Add your black beans and stir together
Plate and eat with a little hot sauce and 5 blocks of avocado. I also dust mine with a little cheese for some added protein.
