Dice onions finely as well as garlic. I use minced garlic in a jar. Cut carrots into small chunks
With the chard you can also use rainbow chard if you prefer. You will want to take the middle stalk out of the chard by using the tip of the knife. Then roll the chard together and cut.
With the steak you should marinade in whatever marinade you prefer. I like garlic and Worcester sauce and onion. Cook until medium rare or how you like it done.
Cook the Swiss chard with olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, and some chicken stock to deglaze the pan. Cook until tender.
Cut the ends off of asparagus. Cook with olive oil and I use lemon pepper seasoning. You can use whatever seasoning you prefer. Cook until tender.
With the carrots cook until tender like potatoes and put in a blender or food processor to make a purée. You an also use whatever seasoning you prefer.
Use the carrot purée on the bottom of the plate. Place steak, chard, and asparagus in whatever decorative way you like. Really want to make the plate look pretty in this final part.
And now enjoy! Hope you like it.
