INGREDIENTS
Buy and collect your ingredients
Prepare supplies as told in the list
Add four table spoons hoisin Sauce
Spread it through the chicken then let It marinate for fifteen minutes.
Heat 4 table spoons of oil into a large wok lover high heat then add chicken
Boil water, when the water is boiling add noddles
Once the chicken is cooked place on a plate and wipe down the wok
Add the rest of the oil, garlic and ginger
Stir until golden
Add onion
Add green beans
Add pok Choy
Add red and yellow capsicum
Stir,stir ,stir!
Re add the chicken
Add shallots/spring onions
Add remaining hoisin sauce
Season with salt and pepper
Noodles should be cooked by now, add them to the wok
Stir,stir,stir!
Once the greens are crunchy put on a plate
Serve to family
Eat and enjoy
Delicious!
In the end result the vegetables were crunchy, the chicken was moist and tender, the noodles were soft but firm and the sauce was a little bit sweet and salty.
The chicken in this meal provided protirn, vegetables provided vitamins and the capsicums have antioxidants in them helping your skin.
The noodles give you carbohydrates for long lasting energy. The garlic, oil and ginger were for flavour and moisture.
- 800.0g Chicken beasts thinly sliced
- 160.0ml Hoisin sauce
- 160.0ml Peanut oil
- 2.0 Cloves of garlic thinly sliced
- 2.0 3cm peice of ginger cut into matchsticks
- 2.0 Red onion cut into wedges
- 200.0g Geen beans trimmed
- 2.0bnch Pok choy roughly chopped
- 2.0 Red capsicum seeded, thinly sliced
- 1.0 Yellow capsicum seeded, thinly sliced
- 4.0 Spring onions thinly sliced on the diagonal
- 2.0 Packets of Singapore noodles
