In the end result the vegetables were crunchy, the chicken was moist and tender, the noodles were soft but firm and the sauce was a little bit sweet and salty.

The chicken in this meal provided protirn, vegetables provided vitamins and the capsicums have antioxidants in them helping your skin.

The noodles give you carbohydrates for long lasting energy. The garlic, oil and ginger were for flavour and moisture.
