How to cook a tofu stir fry with rice
Tofu stir fry with rice and various veggies. This a heathy meal and it is also delicious.

INGREDIENTS
Go to your local supermarket to get your supplies.
You will need some carrots
Some bok choy
Some spring onion
Some tofu
Some fried shallots
Some oyster sauce
Some rice
And some onion
Wash the vegetables before you cut
Start cutting
Peel the skin off the carrot
Cut the ends off the carrot
Cut the carrot thinly
Cut the end off the spring onion
Cut the spring onion
Cut the tofu thinly
Cut the bok choy in half
Cut the onion thinly
Finally done
Boil the vegetables before cooking
First pour the oil in the pan
Add onions into the pan
Stir
Add tofu into the pan
Stir
Add bok choy into the pan
Add carrot into the pan
Stir
Pour oyster sauce into the pan
Stir
Set up plate
Pour the stir fry into the pan
Sprinkle done chopped up spring onion on the top
Sprinkle some fried onion on the top
And serve
Start eating
This dish is a heathy and delicious dish but when I have this I like to add some chopped up chilli on top to give it spice.
