This cheese spread is so simple yet so tasty. It can be put on or in almost anything. It is delicious in crescent rolls, on eggplant, even just some crackers.
Measure out the ricotta cheese, asiago cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and parsley into individual bowls.
Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes.
Place the cheese spread on your crackers, vegetables, or bread. ( I used crackers and eggplant)
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup of parsley
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes(packed in oil)
- 1/2 cup of shredded asiago cheese
- Crackers/ vegetable or bread of your choice
