INGREDIENTS
I like Trader Joe's chicken fried rice but like to add my own extra ingredients to give the store package meal a homemade taste.
1 cup of fresh oriental string beans sliced.
1 cup of sliced mushrooms.
I used leftover baked chicken but you can use your favorite meat.
I use extra virgin olive oil for cooking.
A wok is great for stir fried food but you can use a large or medium pan.
Chop up about 1 tablespoon of garlic.
Cut up about 1 tablespoon of ginger
Chop up the onions.
Chop up the Jalapeno peppers.
Add 2 Tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil into your pan or wok.
Turn your stove on low heat.
Sauté your wok or pan to coat it with the olive oil.
Add the chopped garlic and sauté.
Add the chopped onions and sauté.
Add the ginger and sauté.
Add the sliced or chopped chicken as you stir fry.
Add 2 Tablespoons of toasted sesame seed oil to your pan.
Add the Jalapeno peppers.
Add the package of chicken fried rice & continue to stir fry everything until your rice is cooked.
Add the sliced mushrooms.
Add the oriental string beans and continue to stir fry. I do not like my string beans over-cooked so that's why I added them last.
I drizzled some hot pepper sesame oil over the meal after it was done and on my plate. (Optional)

- 1.0Tbsp Ginger
- 1.0c Oriental string beans
- 1.0Tbsp Olive oil
- 2.0Tbsp Toasted sesame seed oil
- 1.0 Bag of chicken fried rice
- 2.0 Jalapeno peppers
- 1.0c Mushrooms
- 1.0c Chicken or breast of chicken
