Chop the potatoes in thin square pieces
Pre-heat the olive oil in a pan
Take the sliced potatoes into the pan
Frie the potatoes slowly, getting them soft but not crispy. Optionally you can add some sliced onion so the ommelette comes out softer.
Mix the eggs with a fork or egg mixer. The most you mix them, the softer the ommelette will be!
Add the potatoes to the mixed eggs.
Blend eggs and potatoes carefully not to mash the potatoes. Add milk cream to the mix for the ommelette to be extra soft!
So voila!!! A delicious Spanish ommelette, soft, tasty and perfect for kids!
- 3.0 3 medium size potatoes
- 5 eggs
- Some salt
- Olive oil
- 7.0Tbsp Cream milk
