INGREDIENTS
Collect all of the ingredients
Peel all of your apples
Chop all of the apples and remove core
Place all of the apples into a saucepan
Add 40 grams of raw sugar to the saucepan
Add 100 mls of water
Place saucepan on hot plate and cook on medium heat and cook for ten to fifteen minutes
Once apples are soft and cooked remove from heat
Add the cinnamon and stir through the apples
Put the flour into a bowl
Add the butter to the bowl
With your hands mix the flour and butter until in breadcrumbs
Add coconut to the breadcrumb mixture
Add sugar to the coconut and breadcrumbs
Mix all of the breadcrumbs, coconut and sugar until mixed through well
Put the stewed apples into a oven proof dish and leave room for the crumble on top
Add the crumble mix on top of the apples and spread it around on top
Put the oven on 210 degrees
Place the dishes into the oven and cook for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown on top
They should look like this when done
Once done serve and enjoy
- 10.0 Granny Smith apples
- 10.0g Cinnamon
- 40.0g Raw sugar
- 100.0ml Water
- 130.0g Self-rising flour
- 40.0g Butter
- 75.0g Raw suger
- 80.0g Shredded coconut
