Get your leftover chips. Chip shop chips are best!
Cut them into chunks
Heat a big drizzle of vegetable oil and throw in the chips for 30 seconds or so.
Lightly salt and crack in your eggs. (Number of eggs needed depends on the quantity of chips. I do an egg to start with & add 1 egg for each person eating. I.e 1 person= 2 eggs, 2 people= 3eggs etc)
Scramble together and keep stirring until the egg is cooked to a nice fluffy consistency
