Ingredients 175g flour 175g caster sugar 175g butter Madagascar vanilla x 3 tsp Eggs x 3 beaten
Step 1: Add all ingredients into a mixer and mix until there are no lumps.
Step 2: Put in the oven for half an hour 160 degrees until golden.
Step 3: Leave to cool for half an hour.
Step 4: Spread some whip cream on one half on the cake and jam on the other and put the two pieces together.
Step 5: Roll out the fondant and place on the cake once covered in a light coat of jam.
Step 6: Smooth the fondant down and cut round the edge of the cake.
Step 7: Copy the design with fondant stars and a edible ink pen for the design.
