INGREDIENTS
Chop up garlic
Chop ginger into slices
Mince some of it, leave the other pieces as slices
Ground pork
Add salt and the minced ginger into the ground pork
Cooking wine
Add corn starch and cooking wine into the ground pork. Mix and marinate for ten minutes.
Chinese thin squash
Chop lengthwise and then into long slices
Chop the soft tofu into cubes
Add the garlic, ginger into hot oil
Add in ground pork and stir on medium
Add squash
Stir fry
Add water until it covers all the ingredients and an extra inch above the ingredients
Cover and boil on high
Add a spoon of chicken boullion
Add the tofu
Add washed mushrooms
A spoon of salt, salt to taste
Chives
Chopped for garnish
Boil for 15 minutes, until squash is tender
Add in chopped chives last
Simmer
Simmer to a low boil, nice and clean soup filled with nutrients
