first prepare your yummy bread by lightly spreading butter on both sides of each piece.
now thinly slice your choice of cheese. I chose cheddar and pepper jack.
next, I place the pan on the stove top, medium low heat. I add a little bit more butter, than place the first piece of bread into the pan. the cheese and the second piece of bread follow.
when the cheese is slightly melted, flip your sandwich carefully with the spatula. than wait until the cheese is fully melted and the bread moderately toasted to pull the sandwich from the pan.
finally you can cut in half and enjoy your grilled cheese sandwich! yummy, tastes like childhood!
