Step 1: Wash fish under water and pat dry with paper towel.
Step 2:Brush cooking oil over the skin side.
Step 3: Salt and pepper the flesh side
Step 4:put tinfoil on the grill with cooking oil so the fish doesn't stick to the foil and put the grill on med heat
Step 5: Cover fish with another peace of foil and cook until fat starts to come out
Step 6: serve with lemons and enjoy
