Use fresh figs for this salad

Cut the stems off your figs

Slice figs into quarters

Slice cherry tomatoes and cut or bocconcini cheese (or tear buffalo mozzarella) into small pieces

Place ingredients in a salad bowl, add basil leaves. Dress the salad with balsamic vinegar, olive oil and salt. Mix well

Enjoy! Serve as a light salad to accompany a meal or add prosciutto slices to make it more substantial.
