INGREDIENTS
Pre heat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius
Beat together butter and sugar
Beat the eggs together
Gradually add the egg to the butter and sugar
It should look like this once all the eggs have been mixed in
Sift then mix together the flour and cocoa
Fold together the dry and wet mixtures
Then fold in the milk
Poor mixture into lined cake tin
Put the cake in pre heated oven and let it cook for 45-50 minutes
Once the cakes out let it sit for about 10 minutes
Then take it out of the cake tin and let it sit until completely cooled
Once the cake has cooled completely cut it into two even half's
To make the filling for inside the two layers of cake you will need...
1 cup of cream whipped
And 1 block of white chocolate
Fold together the sipped cream and melted chocolate
Put the filling on the bottom layer or the cake
spread it out evenly
And place the other layer on top
To make the icing you will need ...
1 block of milk chocolate and 2 thirds of a block dark chocolate
1 and a half cups of cream whipped
Melt the chocolate but make sure it's not to hot
Mix the chocolate and cream together
Cover the cake with icing
Add any final touches to the icing
And it's ready to eat
- 1/2c Softened butter
- 1.0c Sugar
- 4.0 Eggs
- 1/2c Self-rising flour
- 1/3c Unsweetened cocoa
- 1.0Tbsp Milk
