Name: How to cook a delicious strawberry cake
Ingredients: 400 gr strawberries; 1 egg; 180 gr flour; 1 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder; 1/3 teaspoon of salt; 130 gr sugar; 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter; 3 tablespoons of greek yogurt; 60 mls of milk; 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Get your ingredients ready. Switch on the oven to 150 C
Butter the container for the mix that will go in the oven
Shift the flour, baking powder and salt
In another bowl, mix the butter, yogurt and sugar until smooth
Add the egg and keep mixing
Add the milk and the vanilla extract
Add the flour a little bit at a time and blend in
Fold in around 30 gr of chocolate chips
Put the mix in the container and distribute the strawberries cut in half. You can also add more chocolate chips on top
Put in the oven and wait until the top looks golden and the inside is dry when checked. You can add some more chocolate chips at the very last 5 minutes
You can add some caster sugar on top if you like and it is ready to enjoy!
