The first step is to gather all of your ingredients, so you are prepared and ready.
The second step is to delicately take any bones out of the salmon. This may be a fiddley and tough process.
The third step is to rub salt, Vegeta and pepper into the salmon, this will add flavour
The fourth step is to place the salmon in a pan and drizzle a bit of oil on top
The fifth step is to place the salmon in a pan, then cook on medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes
After the salmon has been cooking for 4 to 5 minutes flip it over.
While the salmon is cooking make the salad. Add lettuce tomato cucumber cheese and a bit of dressing, you can use vinegar and salt. Just make sure you wash everything.
