2 chicken thighs..
De-bone chicken thighs...
After de-bone it looks like this..
Now season with salt and crushed black pepper...
Then add corn flour to It...
Take olive oil for better taste..
Take a pan and add olive oil and heat it...
Then place the chicken thighs on the pan and shallow fry it...
Need to turn upside down and shallow fry...
Cook for at least 10 min in medium..
After 10 min it looks like a golden brown texture... Looks yummy right...😉
Now that's it a simple and elegant Chicken Thigh is ready for starters with tomato ketchup!!! 🍴♨️♨️🍴
